Structure Coffee Roasters selected the best kenyan coffee possible. It comes for the Gatomboya station, in the region of Nyeri. This is one of the best washing stations of the best region of Kenya. This is a light yet developed roast profile. It is in a way a come back to the deep, sweet and complex kenyan cups. Flavours of ripe red berries are intense, reminding us of grapes and blackcurrant. The finish and the acidity are reminiscent of marmalade.
